The Goal:

To engineer a launch-ready ecosystem that maximizes conversion rates while building a modular design system capable of scaling from 3 products to 30+ without further design overhead.

The Challenge:

The pre-launch beta build contained critical "revenue leaks." High-intent users were dropping off due to a lack of basic functionality and a disruptive checkout flow that killed shopping momentum.

Functional Dead-End: Product pages lacked a Size Selector, making a purchase physically impossible.

The AOV Killer: "Add to Cart" triggered an immediate hard redirect to checkout, preventing users from browsing more items and capping potential Average Order Value (AOV).

Trust Deficit: Visible "0-star" ratings and placeholder text created negative social proof, discouraging high-value orders.

The Solution:
The Conversion Engine

I rebuilt the Product Detail Page (PDP) to focus on Trust and AOV.

Frictionless "Add" (Mini-Cart Logic): Decoupled "Add to Cart" from the checkout. Users now stay on the page to encourage browsing and upsells.

Scarcity & Trust Triggers: Implemented "Only 2 Left" badges to drive urgency and added clear payment icons to answer buyer doubts instantly.

Functional Clarity: Integrated intuitive Size Chips (S/M/L) to restore the core purchasing path.

Aesthetic Pivot: Shifted from "Generic Retail" to an immersive "Dark Mode" aesthetic (Valorant/Discord-inspired) to match the gamer mental model.

Innovation: AI-Driven Workflows
